These Provisions enter into force on 1 May 2010.
Abstract

The purpose of these Provisions is to strengthen the environmental safety management of import and export microbe strains used in environmental protection, and to protect the environment and public health. The Text consists of 36 Articles divided into 8 Chapters: General Provisions; Sample Entry; Sample Environment Safety Evaluation; Sample Environment Safety Certificates; Examination and Approval of Entry and Exit Quarantine Inspection; Follow-up Supervision; Legal Liabilities; Supplementary Provisions.
