The Decree concerns the designation of officials, inspectors and civil servants in the following functions: supply of tap water by a collective water supply or a collective pipeline network; environmental audit services; environmental management and waste collection; supervising compliance with the European Regulations on the registration, evaluation, authorisation, and packaging and labelling of chemical substances; hazardous waste management; soil protection measures.
