Entry into force on 19 March 2004.
Abstract

This Decree concerns the enforcement of Regulation (EC) No. 304/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the export and import of dangerous chemicals. Article 2 of this Decree appoints the Minister of Environment as the competent authority in the sense of article 4 of the Regulation. This Decree prohibits any activities contrary to the norms laid down in various articles of Regulation (EC) No. 304/2003 (art. 3).
