The consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 1 August 2013.
Abstract

This Decree applies to all those entities who bear collection of genetic materials and are approved and registered by the Hungarian Council of Plant Genetic Resources and who maintain such collection for the purpose of supporting field crop production, horticulture, organic farming, forestry and food production, and for the conservation and utilization of biological diversity, and all those entities who participate in their in-situ conservation, in their use and utilization.
