Abstract

This Decree applies to fishing by Norwegian vessels which have the capacity to deep-freeze or process mackerel on board. Reporting includes an active notification before the start of fishing, weekly catch reporting, notification of entry into port, passive report on ending of fishing operations, report on production, and report on transhipment of fish.
