Abstract

This Decree defines measures to prevent and limit the spreading of and to eradicate infectious diseases in aquatic organisms at the slaughtering and processing stages. "Aquatic organisms" is defined as to include marine mammals (art. 3). The text consists of 16 articles making provision for; approval of construction and operation of fish slaughter and processing premises (arts. 4, 5, 6), further requirements regarding premises, slaughter and processing of fish (arts. 7 and 8), internal control (art. 9).
