Abstract

This Decree shall apply to sugar beet, cane sugar and beet sugar, to other sugars and sugar syrup, to isoglucose, to inulin syrup, and to molasses, to producers and to Product Boards (Sugar Board, National Spirit Industry Union and Board) operating in this sector. The products and by-products falling under this Decree are listed in Annex 1. Annex 2 determines the distribution of the national quota amongst sugar producers. Articles 2-3 defines the national quota and its utilization. Quota bearers must report data according to Article 4. Control of production, marketing and registers of quota bearers, and the authenticity of the reported data is the duty of the Agrarian Intervention Center. Article 6 regulates the right of delivery of sugar beet producers.
