Abstract

This Decree declares the Siberian Aster to be a protected plant in the whole of Norway. The plant is declared to be most truly Norwegian flora and it shall be prohibited to collect, damage or cut the plant. The Department of the Environment may exempt institutions from the prohibition for purposes of scientific research and other actions that aimed at the protection of the species.
