Entry into force notes

The consolidated text of the Decree entered into force on 2 January 2013.

Abstract

This Decree shall apply to producers processing food destined to final consumers or to other food users, except for small producers and catering services. Producers must prepare a manufacturing formula sheet before the production of each food product. The formula sheet must contain the data listed in paragraph 2 of Article 3. One copy of the formula sheet must be available in each establishment where the given product is processed.
