Such plan shall contain various indications on the required use of fertilizers. The scope of this planning is to secure an effective and rational use of fertilizing substances also for reasons of environment protection. The municipalities or the authorized agricultural authority shall control each plan in order to check if the plan has been drawn up in accordance with provisions of the present Decree.
