Abstract This Decree, consisting of 3 Titles, divided in 70 articles, establishes the Regulation and related norms to implement National guidelines on basic sanitation, established by Law No. 11.445. It specifies environmental sanitation public services, regulates environmental planning procedures, technical, economic and social aspects.
