This Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Decree, consisting of 7 articles, regulates the National Fund for Forestry Development (FNDF). This National Fund, created by Law No. 11.284, and managed by the Brazilian Forestry Service (SFB), aim to the promotion of development activities within the forestry sector. The Fund composition and competencies are specified in the text.
