Abstract

The amendments prohibits the importation, the marketing and use in cultivation in the territory of Hungary of GMO seeds or seeds contaminated by GMO. Imported seeds must bear a GMO free certification. If contaminated seed is found, it must be communicated immediately to all the involved persons and to the Central Agricultural Office.
