Abstract This Decree regulates the granting and distribution of concessions for the breeding salmon or trout for consumption purposes in marine waters in accordance with Act No. 68 of 1985 for purposes of developing a balanced and economically viable mariculture industry. It specifies conditions for granting of concessions. Article 3 places a limit of the number of concessions that are granted in a given Fisheries Directorate region.
