Abstract

This Decree lays down certain specific rules of food hygiene regarding the following subjects: prohibited ways of marketing of animal origin foodstuff; food safety inspections to be carried out by the official veterinarian and measures to be taken in case of fraudulent marketing or adulterated food; qualification of game meat inspector.
