Abstract

This Decree lays down rules for the cultivation of and trade in flower bulbs so as to promote quality and purity of the same. The Minister may make further rules regarding the cultivation and reproduction of specified flower bulbs and it shall be prohibited to cultivate flower bulbs that do not meet requirements laid down by those rules or this Decree (art. 2). Flower bulb shall be subject to an inspection if they are provided with a quality mark in accordance with article 8. The Flower Bulb Inspection Foundation shall carry out inspection and other tasks specified in article 11. (16 articles and 1 Schedule listing flower species)
