The consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 27 February 2015.

Abstract

This Decree provides rules for the subsidization of promotion in third countries of wines and wine products of protected designation of origin or protected geographical indication. Countries where the promoting activities can be organized and financed are listed in Annex 1. Article 3 provides the requisites of eligibility for promotion programmes. Further articles provide rules of application, accountability, implementation and payment of the subsidy.
