Abstract

This Decree establishes particular health and hygienic requirements to be met at the time of manufacturing and placing on the market egg products for direct human consumption or for the manufacture of foodstuffs. The Decree has been adopted pursuant to the provisions laid down under Directive 89/437/EEC, which has been adopted by Decision No. 1/94 of the San Marino-EEC Cooperation Committee.
