Abstract

The present Decree establishes particular health rules governing trade between San Marino and European Community countries in animals and products of animal origin which do not fall within the application scope of Decree No. 59 of 1996. The Decree refers to the provisions contained in Directive 92/65/EEC as regards trade in animals, semen, ova and embryos.
