Entry into force on 1 January, 2000.
Abstract

This Decree makes provision for the renewal of registration, the cancellation of registration, analysis and approval of animal drugs, implementing Council Regulation 2377 of 1990 relative to the establishment of maximum values of residues in products of animal origin. This Decree revokes and replaces a Decree regulating various subject matters regulated by this Decree. Others are now regulated by the Animals Drugs Act.
