Planning and construction shall also emphasise considerations of environmental resources such as biodiversity, landscape, cultural heritage and outdoor recreation, the risk of flooding, erosions and landslides, as well as other interests that could be affected by road construction. The Act contains the following chapters: 1) Introductory provisions; 2) Applying for new construction and conversion of agricultural roads; 3) Case procedure, decisions and requirements, etc.; 4) Final provisions.
