Premises shall be approved by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority and all animals that are kept in animal breeding stations shall be placed under the control of the Authority. The Authority may issue further rules relative activities by breeding stations. Each breeding station shall appoint an internal veterinary and each breeding station shall be inspected at least two times a year by a public veterinary appointed by the Authority.
