The consolidated text of the Decree entered into force on 1 January 2013.

Abstract

This Decree contains provisions regarding the operation of already operative LEADER Local Action Groups (LAGs) and of new ones. In particular, it contains the rules of constitution of new LEADER LAGs and their accreditaion, provides organizational rules and rules of planning the activities of and coordination between LAGs.
