The Decree implements the provisions laid down in Directive 92/66/EEC, on the basis of Decision No. 1/94 adopted by the San Marino-European Community Cooperation Committee. These measures shall cover poultry, racing pigeons and other birds kept in captivity. If the disease is suspected, it shall be reported without any delay to the competent authority (art. 3).
