First entry into force on 1 June 2002. The last consolidated version of the Decree entered into force in 1 August 2013.

Abstract

This Decree applies to the following kinds of salmonella of domestic fowl (Gallus domesticus) and avian typhoid fever: Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella typhimurium, Salmonella gallinarum and Salmonella pullorum. The provisions of this Decree are binding for all plants and farms breeding and keeping domestic fowl, incubating and packaging eggs.
