Abstract

The principle Decree was amended by Decree No. 29 of 2004 amending the Decree in relation with re-enactment of articles 2 and 3 of the Decree and insertion of the notion of "repopulation". That Decree amended the principal Decree by adding a new provision that prescribes conditions on which hunting of wild boars and specified species of deer in the sense of article 74 of the Flora and Fauna Act is allowed. The exemption from the prohibition to hunt can now be granted on the ground of management of the stock of such animals in a given territory.
