The consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 1 August 2012.

Abstract

This Decree, in Art. 1, states that only planting materials produced in conformity with the requirements of Decree 110/2003 (X.21.) FVM of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, by licensed and qualified producers, may be used for planting woody energy plantations. Article 2 and Annex 1 determine the species that may be used for this purpose. This Decree provides also for the registration of the change of cultivation in the real estate register and for the register of works carried out in plantations.
