Entry into force notes
The consolidated text of the Decree entered into force on 19 April 2014.
Abstract

This Decree shall apply to agricultural, rural development and fishery measures financed by national budgetary funds and by EU funds. Events of force majeure shall be communicated to the Agricultural and Rural Development Agency who will recognize as force majeure event the events listed in Article 3.
