First entry into force on 1 January 2013. The consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 1 April 2015.
Abstract

This Decree contains rules concerning the registration of intermediates and traders, the authorization of transport, mediation and marketing of waste, the authorization of waste treatment and of public waste management service.
