Abstract

This Decree of the Department of Fisheries and Coastal Protection makes provision for the confiscation of illegal catch under section 54 of the Marine Living Resources Act and sections 27 and 30 of the Act on relative to the right to participate in fishery and hunting of marine animals. It also provides for the use of confiscated goods. The sales organization concerned shall carry out the confiscation in accordance with sections 12, 13 and 14 of the Marine Living Resources Act.
