Abstract

This Decree of the Department of Fisheries and Coast Protection and the of the Department of Agriculture provides for implementation in Norway of Regulation (EC) No. 183/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down requirements for feed hygiene as included in Annex I of the EEA Agreement. The Decree also provide for further regulation of specific matters and exempt small quantity trading for local purposes from the application sphere of the Regulation. The Norwegian Food Safety Authority shall be the competent authority for further regulation.
