Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force when Fishing Act shall enter into force.
Abstract

This Decree enforces the Fisheries Act. It consists of 22 articles defining requirements to be satisfied for artisanal, semi-industrial and industrial fishing. It lists different types of fishing licences, specifying duties and competencies of granting authorities and special conditions to be satisfied by foreign fishing vessels. 4 annexes lay down model forms for obtaining a fishing licence, as well as technical requirements to be met by fishing gear and markings on board.
