Abstract

Section 25 of the Act relative to Salmonids and Fresh-water Fish, here implemented, charges the Fisheries Administration with the organization of common efforts of fishing right holders and for the conservation of fisheries resources. This may imply common management of these resources. This Decree further regulates common management of resources with the assistance of the Fisheries Administration by providing for calling of meetings and procedures of meetings, decision-making at the meeting so as to provide a basis for internal decision-making among holders of fishing rights. The rules so established may be submitted to court rule. (11 sections)
