This Decree entered into force on 1 January 2006.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of eight articles and two Annexes, lays down requirements for frozen foods specified in §18 point 1 letters a), g), h) and m) of the Act on foodstuffs and tobacco products. It includes details on labeling, minimum technological requirements, storage, handling, transportation, and sampling of frozen foods.
