Entry into force notes

First entry into force on 20 December 2014. The consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 1 January 2015.

Abstract

This Decree shall be applied to packaged food intended to final consumption. Special provisions addresses labeling of and information regarding food containing allergens and intolerance substances. Lot identification is also ruled by this Decree.
