Abstract This Decree creates the National Forestry Programme (PNF) aimed to promote different sectors such as: the sustainable exploitation of native and reforested forests; the reforestation activity, in particular within little extension rural areas; the management of permanent forests, protected forestry areas; financial and social assistance to forest village settlements; the control against illegal tree logging; the protection of biodiversity and different ecosystems, etc. Composition and competencies of a Working Commission under the Ministry of Environment is established in the text.
