Abstract

This Decree shall be applied to public subsidies for agricultural, fishery, forestry, game management and rural development, to the payment of such subsidies and to support measures without payment, to authorities granting such subsidies, to beneficiaries and to authorities cooperating in the reporting process to the European Commission. In particular, this Decree amends Aricles 2, 4, 11 and 25 of the basic regulation.
