It introduces an immediate stop on fishing in NAFO sub-area 3M. Infringement, caused by either intentional or negligent behaviour, shall be punished in accordance with section 11 of the Svalbard Act of 1925 and sections 61, 64 and 65 of the Marine Living Resources Act.
