Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 14 articles, sets forth requirements for potable and warm water. It also defines frequency of checks on potable water. In compliance with European Community provisions, the Decree establishes hygienic limits of microbiological, biological, physical, chemical and organoleptic indicators of quality of potable water. It also deals with packaging of potable water and makes provision on warm water supply.
