Section 1 gives also a definition of regulatory areas. Vessels which wish to participate in fishing shall register with the Director of Fisheries. The registration is valid for a specific fish species and a specified calendar year (sect. 2). Section 3 requires vessels to report to the Director of Fisheries in accordance with detailed rules.
