Abstract

This Ministerial Regulation formulates rules relative to ionizing radiation of food and beverages in the interest of public health and fair trade. The Regulation is not based on EC legislation but refers norms of to the Recommended International Code of Practice for the Operation of Iraddiation Facilities Used for the Treatment of Foods of the Codex Alimentarius.
