Entry into force notes: First entry into force on 1 September 2008. The latest consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 25 April 2014.

Abstract: This Decree provides the criteria and scales for the calculation of penalties foreseen by the basic act on food-chain control. These are the plant protection, the feedstuff quality, foodstuff quality and the food-chain control penalties.
