Abstract

This Decree aims at limiting the risk if transmitting infectious diseases affecting aquatic organisms by providing rules for disinfecting of aquaculture installations. Disinfecting shall be done in such a way as to prevent the spreading of infectious diseases and to limit effects on the environment. It applies to disinfecting and cleaning operations of facilities used for fish farming and processing, transportation of fish and importation of fish (sect. 2).
