Abstract

This Decree aims at limiting the risk if transmitting infectious diseases affecting aquatic organisms by providing for adequate disinfecting of water which is supplied to or discharged from aquaculture installations. It applies to prescribed operations in the field of fish farming and processing, transportation of fish and importation of fish.
