First entry into force on 1 July 2007.

Abstract

This Decree provides rules regarding the obligation of notification to the national environmental protection registration system of activities which may have an impact on groundwaters and geological resources and which are subject to authorization according to the provisions of the Decree regarding the protection of groundwaters. Further provisions of this Decree address data provision concerning contaminated areas, sources of pollution and mitigation of damages, monitoring of environmental use and damage mitigation. Annexes contain model notification and reporting documents.
