Abstract

This Decree applies to Norwegian and foreign fishing vessels fishing with trawls with large mesh openings in the territorial waters and EEZ of Norway south of 62 ° N and the territorial waters and fish protection zone of Svalbard. Vessels shall have a sorting grates installed as specified by this Decree and shall observe rules regarding returning to the sea of fish.
