The consolidated text of the Decree entered into force on 6 June 2012.
Abstract

This Decree provides rules regarding preliminary risk assessment, the preparation of hazard and risk maps, determines the targets of risk management and the rules of risk management planning. It contains rules also regarding international cooperation.
