Abstract

By way of implementation of article 8 (2) of Act No. 150 of 1992, the present Decree makes provision on the checks to be carried out by Forest Officers in order to implement the Convention on the International Trade of Endangered Species of Wild Flora and Fauna. The Decree defines with detail the procedure to be followed as regards the recognition of import permits, export permits and re-export certificates.
