Abstract This Decree prohibits Norwegian vessels to fish for capelin in ICES areas I and II in the North-east Atlantic and the Barents Sea in 2008. This prohibition applies also to Norwegian vessels used in those areas by others than Norwegian citizens but who are equalled with Norwegian citizens according to section 1 of the Marine Fisheries Act 1983.
