However a total quota tons (for specified areas in the area south of 74° North and west of 32° East, excepted the fish protection zone around Svalbard) is allowed to be fished in 2011 in accordance with conditions set out in the present Decree. The Decree lays down specific rules and catch quotas for purse seining, trawl groups and coastal vessels groups and prescribes conditions that apply to all fishery activities to which this Decree applies. These conditions concern, among other things, inspections, reporting, transshipment of catch and restrictions on fishing.
